Ray Rogers was highly recommended to us by a friend who had her ducted air installed by Ray and his team. From my initial contact with him, Ray did not disappoint. He stood out immediately and he was the one of the four quotes we organised that called me back within hours of leaving him a message (during the Christmas break, might i add). He returned my call, came to quote and supplied the quote all within a week ( of a very hot summer, hence a very busy time for him). It was an easy decision to have Ray install our system, he had all the answers to all the questions, sound recommendations from start to finish, it was simply hassle free. We visited some close friends who recently built a new home at the mid north coast. They were complaining about the new reverse cycle ducted system installed in their new home, and kept talking about what a great job R&M had done at their previous home in Sydney.
They kept wishing they could get Ray & Jason to look at this one 400 kilometres away, as we live in Sydney, and were looking for the right person and advice to replace our very old reverse cycle ducted system. We immediately contacted Ray & Jason on our return. From our first meeting we had the confidence to know they were the ones to do our job, we ignored the other quotes received. WHAT A FANTASTIC TEAM!!!! We can't thank Ray and Jason enough for all their hard work, design and product knowledge and professionalism with the installation of our ACTRON air conditioning system which they installed on 24th February 2017. How lucky we are to have found this dedicated duo just by a chance conversation at our Social Club asking if anyone knew of a good air conditioning company. Ray was recommended to us so we gave him a call. He came to inspect our site and explained what we needed and how it would all be done. We instantly felt very comfortable with Ray and knew that we would receive a great outcome if we chose RM Rogers, so accepted their quote and we will never regret that decision. I make no exaggeration, and for a number of years i have experienced issues with my ducted air conditioning, having repeated service calls from so called experts and spending a lot of money in process for no result. By word of mouth, i was introduced to RM Rogers air conditioning. With that, they were the only air conditioning firm who could diagnose the issue with my air conditioning - it was incorrectly installed.
RM Rogers are friendly, on-time and clean. There's no hidden costs, and they tell it like it is. They have an abundance of experience which can be attributed to the result i received. They rectified my air conditioning and it now operates as it should. After the completion of work, Ray has personally contacted me on a number of occasions to ensure i was satisfied, and thus their level of service is paramount. If you are not calling RM Rogers, you are quite simply wasting your time and money! RM Rogers is the only air conditioning business card i'll be keeping! Great job!

Donna: For many years I have had on going problems with my Air Conditioner. I have been duped and taken for around $14000.00 in repairs to solve my problems but they remained and I was feeling ripped off and dissatisfied.
My Builder recommended Ray from R & M Air Conditioning to help me out. Finally someone who knew what they were doing !!! Everything the others did ray ripped out and fixed i was shocked at the state of the unit I had paid so much for.
